Hi Shirley, I'm no doctor but I am a nurse with enough years in to be dangerous. I do have same symptoms and all this is new to me but sometimes you may have to separate your symptoms. Increase fluid intake for calves but also could be lack of K+/Potassium. The other symptoms I am also dealing with and just had steroid injection but pain was shortly relieved. I am so sorry for your pain. My heart breaks for you because I feel it too. As a nurse who can no longer work, I am a nurturer and wish I could come to each of you who suffer and comfort you. Praying for relief and for you to rise above your circumstances and live a life free of pain! My gentle love reaches out to you as I pray for you this morning.

THANKS FOR YOUR CONCERNING RESPONSE! FIRST OFF, MY BODY HAS BEEN THROUGH HELL SINCE AGE 16, NOW 43. I HAD A TBI, AND TWISTED BRAIN STEM, AND COLLAPSED LUNG, AND NUMEROUS INJURIES. WAS IN A COMA, NOT INDUCED FOR MONTHS, ON LIFE SUPPORT, TRACHEOTOMY. 25 YRS LATER I WAS AGAIN IN A BAD CAR ACCIDENT, AND THAT IS WHEN I BROKE MY BACK, WHICH WENT UNDIAGNOSED, DUE TO A MEAN DOCTOR FOR A YEAR AND A HALF! I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN, THAT ALL I DID 24/7 WAS CRY. GOING THAT LONG, DID A LOT OF DAMAGE. I AM LUCKY I CAN STILL WALK. I BROKE MY BACK 7 YRS AGO IN THE L-4 L-5 AREA. LUMBAR. AFTER SEVEN MONTHS RECOVERING FROM BACK SURGERY, I AM NOW HAVING HIP PROBLEMS. I THINK MY BURSA NEEDS REMOVED. I JUST HAD MY SECOND CORTISONE SHOT WITH NO SUCCESS. MY BURSA SWELLS, AND HAS HAD SERIOUS SWELLING ISSUES, TO WHERE IT STICKS OUT AND LOOKS REALLY GROSS. I AM ON LYRICA FOR NERVE RELIEF, OXYCODONE 30MG, AND DILAUDID , FOR PAIN RELIEF. ALONG WITH CORISPIDAL FOR MUSCLE A RELAXANT. MY FAMILY DOCTOR THINKS IT IS MY BACK. I GO SEE A HIP SPECIALIST NEXT WEEK. I HAVE ARTHRITIS ALL OVER MY BODY. I FEEL 90, INSTEAD OF 43. THANK YOU SO MUCH....:)
