Fall update.

Was at my Doctors today with two painful problems one my shoulder sore since my fall in the bath on Feb the 1st.

and my right heel has been very sore for some time now.

The Doctor examined both my heel and my shoulder .

The outcome is an xray tomorrow morning for my shoulder .

As for my heel it turns out after an examination of it that I have Plantar Fasciitis and a visit too that Department is on the cards.

You are like me I have problems when taking baths and showers, I am still awaiting my new bathroom, Possibly I will start bathing in the River if I do not get the work done soon. That will give the scottish salmon a lovely taste

I hope they have referred you to a rheumatologist - plantar fasciitis can be a part of inflammatory arthritis.
