Feeling pain in my stomach makinge feel like I wanba be sick but I cant . And everytime I get up I get dizzy???

I think you need to see your GP at once. It could be any number of things and he's the one to make a diagnosis.

Yes, I agree 100% with the other 2 posts, I have had a stomach ulcer since, I was 17y/o. I am 40 now. Symptoms of a stomach ulcer are burning and extreme nausea all the time-doesn't matter if you eat or drink. It took 3 months before they could diagnosis me. By no means am I a Dr. - I am a former EMT -several years ago. Whatever you do DO NOT put this off any longer - the quicker you are diagnosed the sooner you will start to feel better!!!!! See your GP as quick as possible for investigation of the problem.

See if you have low blood pressure which could explain the dizziness. Low blood pressure needs further investigation to see if you have a cause for it which could be problematic.

For the stomach try putting a pillow underneath and see if that helps the pain.

agree that this is not something you just hope will go away. you need to check it out with a doctor as soon as possible.
