Is it ok to take naproxen with MTX? It wasn't on my prescription when the Rheumy nurse saw it. Should I contact them before starting MTX? She did tell me to leave 4 hours between taking MTX and Omeprazol, I take 2 daily.

Thanks and merry Xmas to you all.

Hello Joe

Bob Here

MXT is Methatrexate, a DMARD medication and is used in the treatment of RA it is an immuno suppressant medication. Also this group of medications used in the treatment of some cancers.

I have been on a whole raft of these medications over the years and they are not pleasant to take, I inject.

How are you getting on ??.

Merry Christmas to you and family, All the very best, health, wealth and happiness for 2014
