Hello
Could this be caused by your computer get glasses to take away brightness of screen.
Is your posture poor when sitting, could this be cause, stress on neck and transmit to head aches.
Do you need to get your eyes checked.
Are you straining your eyes reading bad script.
Look for the obvious before the bad, medications can also cause headaches
You are training to be a doctor you should know to look at the simple before the serious.
Of course if you are under stress because of the course you are on this can / will cause headaches.
Saying the obvious if it fails to go away after an extended period, see the doctor,
All the best, good luck with training

See a sports physio and get your neck checked for trigger points. Get your spine checked for alignment with the head, neck, hips, knees and ankles.
Try some meditation and relaxation in a darkened room to give the brain and eyes a rest.
Get your eyes tested not only for sight but for sensitivity to light.
Check all the things reiver says.
Scan your food and environment for things thast may be allergens and monitor yourself.
And as reiver says, you are better placed than most to find a cause and a solution. Go talk to your peers, collegues, tutors.
