OK everyone, lets try and get into the sun this weekend if possible. Get some raw vitamin D just as it was intended. Sunshine always brings a bit of cheer and lifts those spirits. X

Absolutely lovely here in the N.E of England.

I have managed to do a little bit of gardening. It makes you feel better just to have achieved a little bit. Hope everyone is enjoying the sun.

Hello

Up here on the English border it has been a glorious day, have managed too do some gardening and Pax, my Collie has sat in the shade for most of afternoon, and allowed my wife to do most of the graft while attacking the lawn mower.

Hope it lasts

All the best

Hello

Life is so complicated, what helps some is a problem for others. I suppose this is the way life is it is the warmest period we have had this year,

Up here today the sun has gone in and is much cooler, so will help Hazel after lunch as much as I can although that is very little

All the very best to all

Hi everyone. Up here in Angus it is a beautiful day but I am staying indoors withe patio doors open. Because I take pregabalin and Tramadol and guess what fell asleep in the sun yesterday, look like a over ripe tomato, don't feel bad put plenty of lotion on. Next week I will be a lovely shade of brown, I don't suggest anyone else should do that it's just that it is so easy to sleep with my medication, you think I would know by now (68) take care in the sun everyone and enjoy this nice day . I hope you all feel better for seeing the SUN.

Helloi all

A beautiful day here in hertfordshire, just the right temperature for me as I don't like it too hot. My joints don't seem to hurt so much today which is good. Have been sitting in a garden chair and going round weeding my pots hope we get a sunny day tomorrow

Much cooler today up in the hills of West Yorks. Did a little too much in the garden yesterday of course. Just slapped a lidocaine patch between me shoulderblades, hope it works soon. Pity I can only use one as I'd be wallpapered in them given the choice !

Beautiful weather here in Birmingham. Went out to do a bit of tidying up, not much, just sweeping and cutting a few straggly bits here and there. All in all, worked for about a half hour and it has totally shattered me. This of course has put me in such a blinking mood! Is this all I can do? Oh well, will read a book and try to focus on that. Loving the sun though!

Yay sunshine. You poor poor people who have to avoid it! It's one of the few things that helps my oa. I feel it seep into my bones. Mmmm. Trouble is it makes me want to go walking, then I'm annoyed I can't walk far before pain stops me. Grr. So then I have to be lazy n sit in the sun instead. Oh we'll. love it! Back to work tomorrow so definitely enjoying the sun this weekend.
