Hi No-One yes even when sore I still try to be well positive this comes with years of pain. you probably know the script yourself. I am glad that I came across this site as even when down and in pain we can still make a comment.

Hi Pirate185, yep keep smiling (grimacing), keep going. I do laugh at times (sometimes through tears of pain) when I try do something and it goes a little haywire lol somehow I can see the funny side.

It's hard sometimes to keep myself occupied, so write short stories, read, internet, tv oh and my social scene is the GP and hospital ;) lol ooo and doing my family tree (which is quite enlightening).

Somehow I try to keep smiling and laugh sometimes at the wrong moment which then makes it funnier.

So while I can't be active I try to keep my brain ticking over and take it one day at a time with the pain.
