I have been wondering where you had got to this last few days I hope you're ok...Heidi is lovely what breed is she? Thank you for posting her lovely pic...could I ask you to "tag" it under pets so when her photo goes further down and disappear out of sight we could find it easier...all the others have done that now..I thought pets rather than dogs because if someone else has a different pet they will all be in one place cheers x G x ...she is really beautiful xx

What a sweetie Heidi is - you are right, they do keep you motivated. One of my goals was to be able to walk Raffles again and I have just started to be able to do that.

Hi Paula,

Look at those eyes! She is georgeous. There is something special about the love of a dog isn't there.

As I type this my puppy Alfie is rolling around the floor inside one of those pop up bags thoroughly enjoying himself and making me laugh!
