Hi Pam
I am so very sorry to hear you are struggling, this is totally understandable as we have all been there .
Thinking back, my stomach ( with its borderline tumour) was not hard to the touch but not really flabby either and it definitely was big.
I really do hope you get some news soon.Once things start to happen everything feels better, waiting around for news is awful.
Take care
Big hugs

Dear Pam
I am one of the support line nurses at Ovacome and am so sorry to hear of all that has been going on and please do feel free to send us an email if it would help or leave a message on our ansaphone 08453710554 and we will get back to you. A lot of people will say that the not knowing is almost worst than knowing bad news. As I understand you are having an appointment today I'm not sure it would be helpful second guessing whether what you are experiencing is more or less likely to be caused by ovarian cancer. I do hope that they are able to answer all your questions today and if you want to, do get back to us to discuss things further. Hope all goes well with the appointment
Best Wishes
Ruth
Hi,
When I had ascities (fluid in the tummy) it was quite firm and one of the things they always ask about my tummy now is does it feel soft......
