Thanks to all the ladies who seemed to know what my tummy ache was. You all got it right good old constipation. Took a couple of tablets last night and feel so much better today plus I went to see the nurse last night and she gave me some Laxido. I have read what everyone has said re my little problem and will be following all the advise. Here goes lots of fruit, veg, figs, cereal , prune juice and beans. Thanks again everyone your a great team x x x Love Babs :-) :-)

Dear Babs

Well done for sorting it out. I'm really glad you're feeling so much better. All that fruit and roughage sound a good plan! xx Annie
