Hi Nikki,

Your doctors should tell you what they are going to do and when, but if you've been told you will go for surgery after your 3rd cycle of chemo, they will do it as soon as your bloods have recovered sufficiently - and that will depend on your personal reactions to the chemo.

Talk to your nurse specialist, too.
