Good news update

Hello dear ladies,

I wanted to give you an update about my mother, sharing some good news.

My mum was diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage 4a in December 2019 (you can read her story in my profile.) She had debulking surgery, 6 rounds of chemo, and then started taking Olaparib. After 3+ years on it (with stable disease), her doctor advised her to stop the drug.

Today, 4 months after stopping Olaparib, my mother had a PET scan, which showed stable disease. Her CA125 is 15. We're beyond grateful!

Wishing you all the best of luck,

Milena ❤️

So pleased for you 😍 I’m 2yrs behind you. Stopped Olaparib after 10 months due to fatigue but all looks good still. CA125 stable since finishing chemo. After my visit to Onc last week moved to 6 monthly check ups instead of 3. Long may it last for us.
