hi I am back having chemo, red devil two days not feeling good. My sister has bought me local honey, but the seller said not for babies, we asked about chemo he said to warm it should help to activate chemo, just wondering if anyone has tried this or used local honey. Also I read a lot about Chinese’s medicine, I haven’t tried any thing yet, I asked oncologist about different things was told vitamin c infusion waste of money you will only pee it out. My daughter has been send couple of things they work for others. I live in London, like. A lot said for constipation diarrhea, try your yourself cut down then increase all takes time. Any advice would be appreciated with this dreadful disease xxx

I don't think there is any one thing that can make you feel better. Certainly drinking lots helps with constipation. I like fizzy Kumbucha and green tea made with leaves, not a bag. If you can improve your gut health this also helps and both the above do. I haven't tried honey. Try to eat fresh vegetables and fruit and keep your protein levels up. I know sometimes this is difficult if you don't feel like eating. Hope you find some relief soon xx

I have had constipation since 2020, first surgery and chemo and take two Senna at night and try to eat more green produce. Kale is particularly good. I am still lucky if I have one bowel movement a week though.

Sorry for what you're going through with caelyx. They want me to have that next after a third surgery (although my hospital has forgotten about the second one so they think it's my second). I'm resisting so far after reading articles about this next move. Hospital has agreed to leave it for moment too but lesion has grown.

In US, I think they give you high-strength vit c with your chemo infusion. Why would they do it if it didn't help?

I am on various vitamins and supplements as advised by Dr Mysister.

I'm also in London. Wonder if we're at same hospital.

Hope you feel better. xx
