Good morning everyone

This is to let you know about our upcoming Health and Wellbeing Day in Croydon, taking place this Saturday 25 March from 11am to 4:30pm. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. You can stay for as much of the day as you like.

Planned workshops:

Diet and cancer

Managing fatigue

Wellbeing and self-care

Further workshop TBA

There will also be time for a 'tea and chat' session with our support team.
