This is my first post on here, I just wanted to wish you all the best during this festive period.
This time last year, I wasn't enjoying my food and I was feeling bloated not knowing why. I feel very lucky to be in a position this year when I can enjoy my food and spend time with my beautiful family. I know others have not been that fortunate and that's hard to know.
It's certainly a roller coaster of emotions including anxiety, something which I'm getting help with next year.
Today was my last treatment of Avastin for the year, resume again in January. I'm also restarting Olaparib today which has been reduced for the 3rd time as its messing with my Haemoglobin levels!
Anyway, enough about me! I know some of you are having a hard time so wanted to send my love and well wishes ❤️ I have actively followed this site over this year and it's helped me tremendously so thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Well done for everything you've achieved this year. Just read your profile. I think you'll feel much stronger in 2023. I had a huge debulking in summer 2021 and finished chemo Jan 2022. I feel so much stronger than I did 10 months ago when I finished chemo. The anxiety has reduced each monthn also. Onwards and upwards. xxx
A very happy Christmas to you. What a lovely post, thankyou. Like you, I didn,t expect to be here this Christmas. I was told last December that without surgery I would have 6 months to a year. Anyway due to the skill of the wonderful surgeon, oncologists and nurses here I am. So to you and everyone on this journey, I wish the happiest of Christmases and here’s to a positive 2023. God bless you , such a warm positive post so glad 12 months on your in a better place. The Ladies & Men on here are such an inspiration and advice is invaluable. I think we keep each other going when were sad. But mostly getting on with life thank goodness. I wish everyone a Merry Xmas & New Year l pray for a cure for us all but until then buy the frocks & book the holidays we need something to look forward too. And keep positive always .
