Parp partially working?

I've been on Avastin with Olaporib after 1st line treatment since April 2022, with my ca125 rising since August from 15 progressively up to 750 4 weeks ago, though 1 week ago it had gone down to 700. A scan in September came back clear ; one just done shows possible slight activity in a couple of lymph nodes. I just wonder whether others have experienced what seems to be the maintenance drugs partially working/ slowing things down? I'm continuing on the drugs for now but being monitored closely.

Yes same here. CT in May clear, ca125 climbed over the summer, now para aortic lymph node at 24mm but nothing else as yet. Told to keep taking Olaparib but not sure what else. Suppose it’s good if it’s doing something not nothing! xx
