I have my 5th round of carbo/doxil today and have soreness in my tummy each time. I found moving around helped both walking sometimes very slowly and doing gentle leg exercises lying on the bed. I put it down to it being caused by trapped wind. I hope this helps you.
Thank you very much for your message. I can see you have already had a supportive response from Jayred and I am sure that other members of the forum will be along soon to share their experiences.
I am sorry to read about the soreness you have been experiencing. I just wanted to message as I was wondering if you have been able to speak with your clinical team about this. Have you been given a chemotherapy hotline number? They will be able to give you advice and support you to manage this soreness. I hope that the pain improves for you soon.

Hi. I’m not sure exactly what your pain is but what I had was a raw feeling all the way down my esophagus and into my stomach. I think it lasted for a week or so each cycle. It went along with the mouth sores. I hope yours gets better soon.
