Hi , diverticulitis was seen on my scan. Unless there is an infection it didn’t alter my CA 125
As I understand it the 125 result can be affected by any inflammatory reactions within the body. IBS DV Lupus. etc. Knowing you have diverticulitis may be of help to you in managing symptoms you may otherwise have thought were down to oc. Good luck.
