Well, it looks like the Rubraca didn't work for me. I have had Carbo/Taxol, Avastin, Carbo/Caelyx then Rubraca. The oncologist is going to examine the scan and then we will be having a face to face meeting.
Had anyone got any idea what they might try next? I am just hoping that there is something else in the arsenal.

Rubraca didn't work for me either , I then went on to carbo and caeleyx ,just had second infusion , my oncologist said if it works I'll carry on with just caelyx ,if not next step will be paclitaxol weekly , maybe that will be an option for you ,I'm sure there's more options out there for you , good luck .Cheryl x
I'll be having six cycles of carbo / caelyx , then if it's doing its job I'll have just caelyx as maintenance ,I'll ask more next time I see my oncologist , I wasn't in a good way last time so didn't have a very good consultation .Cheryl x
I'll be interested in the thinking behind it, like is he thinking low dose caelyx ongoing as a kind of maintenance, like people have with paclitaxal, or something else...
That's the impression I got ,if the caeleyx doesn't work well I will be on weekly paclitaxol as maintenance ,I think due to being Brcca negative my options of maintenance as a parp are limited .x
Hi. I’m sorry it didn’t work for you. A lot of people get gemzar/gemcitabine and carboplatin next if they’re still platinum sensitive. Now is a good time to look at trials you might be eligible for. Fingers crossed the next thing works for you! Xx
