Swollen stomach
Hi polo,
It seems you may have ascites, which is fluid that has developed due to ovarian cancer. My partner had that as well before her surgery and chemo. If it gets very uncomfortable, you should tell your oncologist and they may be able to drain it for you to provide some relief if your chemo/surgery date is still far away. Or if you have your chemo soon, after the first 2 it should help reduce the ascites. But I encourage you to contact your doctor to let them know as from what I have seen, I understand it is quite uncomfortable.
Hope that helps.

It does sound like ascites. If you contact your nurse specialist she will be able to give you advice.
