The Ovacome Choir is a social, relaxed singing group which provides an opportunity for anyone whose life has been affected by ovarian cancer to meet others with similar experiences, in a fun and supportive environment.
Previously, the choir sessions have been held at our office in London, but our free choir will now be run virtually, using Zoom (an online video call system), so you can join in our fun singing sessions from anywhere in the world! This will be an exciting opportunity to connect with others in the Ovacome community as part of our ‘Staying Connected’ series of support events (ovacome.org.uk/staying-conn... and uplift each other when we are spending more time indoors.
Singing experience and ability aren’t important (some members had never sung before) and you can come as often or as little as you like. Family members and friends of people diagnosed are welcome. The songs aren’t vocally challenging and the sessions are informal and friendly.
