Ovacome strategy - let us know your views!

Dear All

At Ovacome we will be reviewing our strategy for the next 3 years and it would be really helpful if you could contribute to the discussion. We want to know what matters to you regarding what we offer and what we do.

With this in mind, I will be hosting a live chat session on the forum. The way it would work would be through the private messaging system. If you let me know that you would like to participate, at the agreed time and date I would send a private message to all who were interested, and then everyone involved needs to reply to all when they are taking part in the discussion. We would all be able to see each others replies but it would be closed to anyone not participating in the group.

I'm sure this will help generate some interesting ideas and suggestions for how Ovacome should move forward in a way that is meaningful to you as members.

The date and time would be 10 May at 2pm, for an hour, although you can leave the chat at any time.

Please let me know if you are interested in taking part, and I will set it up for 10 May.

Hi Julia

If you want to send someone a private message, you click on their name and then the page that opens up includes a 'message' button which you click and then you can message them.

When you've received a message, it will show in your alerts. So on the day, an alert will come up when I send the first message. You can then click on it to go to the message page, and then we should all be able to see everyone's replies on that page as we message each other.

If you want to have a try before the day, do private message me as a trial run.
