Hello

This is to let you know that we'll be running two online workshops tomorrow as part of our 'Staying Connected' remote support service.

The first one is 2-3pm on exercising for health during and after treatment while staying at home. It's with Cancer Exercise Specialist Lizzy Davis, who will tell you about ways to exercise and answer your questions. You can find out more and sign up at:

ovacome.org.uk/Event/exerci...

The second workshop is 6-7pm about diet and cancer. Specialist Oncology Dietitian Rachel White will be giving a guide to eating well after a cancer diagnosis, including information about foods that can support your immune system. For more information and to register, please visit:

ovacome.org.uk/Event/diet-a...

The sessions are really easy to join, and you'll receive information about how it works when you register. If you have any questions about how to connect to the workshops, please get in touch.

If you have a question for Lizzy or Rachel but aren't free to attend the workshop, click on the link for their workshop above. There's an option there to submit a question for them.

It would be lovely to see some of you at the workshops!

Best wishes

Julia (Support Services Officer)

I've registered for the exercise workshop and although I've had an acknowledgement I cannot see any instructions how to go on-line.
