Hello All

We are running a health and wellbeing day in Liverpool at the end of the month, and it would be lovely to see some of you there.

It's a day of talks and workshops focusing on ways to improve your health and wellbeing. You can also meet others whose lives have been affected by ovarian cancer, make friends and share advice.

Programme:

11:00 - Arrivals, refreshments

11:15 - Ovacome welcome

11:30 - 'Diet and cancer: debunking myths'

12:30 - 'Exercise during and after treatment'

1:30 - Lunch

2:30 - 'Skincare after chemotherapy'

3:30 - Tea break

4:00 - Q&A with the Ovacome information and support team

5:00 - End of afternoon

We will be running the afternoon on a drop-in basis, so please feel free to come along whenever you can, for as long as you like. Family and friends are very welcome to attend.
