Hi Teal Sisters: Has anyone on Lynparza had their CA125 slowly increase. Finished my last infusion October of 2018 and it was at 16 and in a little overr a year it has gone to 26 still in normal range. Have been on Lynparza since December 2018 Take care Sisters

Hi, Retired2013! I'm on Zejula, but, same thing happened to me. Mine went from 15 to 22 and then to 34. It then came back down to 18 and now it's at 24. Just enough to make me crazy. I've been told that PARPS can cause the CA to fluctuate. At least we are being monitored. Here's hoping both of ours go way down!

I started Lynparza about 2 months ago. My CA125 went from 12 to 19. I am not sure why so I am doing my best not to let the rise worry me. I'll know more in a couple of weeks when I get my CT scan. Best of luck to you.
