My mom, 57, passed peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, May 19th, after a two and a half year diagnosis with ovarian cancer. She primarily browsed this site (under the username Lynn1962) but was extremely active on the Inspire forums. She found a lot of support and strength from her fellow teal sisters.
I am grateful that my mom was able to enjoy my wedding on May 11th that we quickly planned when my mom got ill from a SBO.
Fly high mom xoxo

Hi, I am so sorry for your loss but pleased for you and your mum that she got to share your day with you, a beautiful memory for you to cherish. You look beautiful and your mum would have been so proud and happy . I imagine your Mum is indeed flying high xx
I"m so sorry, Kristina. She looks beautiful despite the illness, on that picture (love the shoulderfree dress on you too). Her young age just makes me sad though.
It's good that she found some solace and advice from a community.
