Untire cancer fatigue app

Dear All

There is a free app available called Untire, which aims to help you manage cancer fatigue.

The Untire program helps you track nutrition, sleep, exercise, mental and social aspects of your activities. The idea is that through monitoring energy levels, establishing boundaries, utilising tips and exercises you can better manage fatigue.

We are looking at partnership working with Untire, but we won't recommend anything that our members haven't told us they find useful. So if any of you decide to download Untire and are willing to fill out a questionnaire for us after you've used it for a couple of weeks, that would be really helpful.

Whether you are able to help with the questionnaire or not, Untire is available to download and use for free here:

Link to App Store itunes.apple.com/us/app/unt...

Link to Google Play play.google.com/store/apps/...

I hope this proves helpful. Please get in touch with me for the questionnaire if you would like to give feedback on Untire once you've tried it.

Best wishes

Anna

I came across something similar, in slightly less techy form, which mentions a fatigue diary mission-remission.com/Fatig... - someone mentions this app in the comments, saying it is useful x

Thanks I will give it a go. My fatigue is patterned around taking steroids but monitoring it should be interesting

Dear PhillipandBettykid

I hope it's useful for you. You can also always talk to your team about steroids and see if they can adjust the pattern of taking them to help you.

Best wishes
