Brilliant that you are in good health. If you run a marathon or even a 10K, we'll all wish you the best of luck. Maybe raise the money for Ovacome who got this forum started? Whatever, you choose, stay healthy and enjoy the life you've got each day.
Aw thank you Tracey and I am so pleased at your brilliant news xx
I used to run a lot before my diagnosis did the great north run twice and 10k races! I miss being physically fit but hopefully I can get back to walking 5k soon and perhaps we can do one together to raise funds and awareness of OC

It’s so brilliant you’re well, don’t apologise, we’re all thrilled for you.
Good luck with the getting fit and if you do decide to do a run or a marathon to raise funds let us know, start a fund raising page, I’ll certainly donate to such a good cause.
Keep well and keep body aware lovely, thank you for sharing ❤️Xx Jane
My aim is to lose this weigh i have put on i was doing well till all this with the complex cyst getting fast tracked seeing a gyn /onc having surgery again after i had just had major surgery in jan and still had pain with that as i have mesh to keep the hernia from popping back was a nasty one but it still nothing compared to what all you lovley ladies are going threw and i am amazed by you all .once i am fit i will let you know
You are such a lovely lady and we are so happy with your fabulous news!
Please keep in touch and I’ll see you at the start line one day!
Like so many of us I used to run and today’s GNR makes me super proud but,a little sad I’m not there.I’ve run it four times and it’s a truly amazing experience.
If you’re thinking of entering I live 5 mins from the start line so you’ve got somewhere warm and friendly to get ready.Hole to be there myself in 2019🤞...
