Operation day tomorrow

So I have suspicious mass in right ovary and lymph glands . Uterus full of fibroids. Endemetriosis everywhere. And some smaller cysts in left ovary. Ca125 84. And all the symptoms of OC. Having the full works tomorrow and lymph glands out and omentum and other biopsies . I really do think it is cancer. Wish I could be more positive tho. My oncologist thinks it’s either an endemtriomal cyst, borderline ovarian tumour, or malignant ovarian cancer. Those are his 3 suspicions. Hoping I may get some answers after surgery.

It is hard waiting for the results of the histology report but it sounds as though your team are on the ball looking at everything.

Wishing you luck for the surgery and a speedy recovery - I had an endonetrioma on my right ovary on ct scan and a high CA125 - even though I had to wait for histology , the surgeon told my husband after op that it was malignant and just a cyst so you might find something out pretty quickly x

Good luck for the surgery. I was fairly convinced that it'd be all malignant cancer and thus thought it a pleasant surprise when they told me it was mostly borderline tumours. Believe in good news and let us know how you get on. All the best. Maus.

Wishing you strength for tomorrow. when I was facing surgery I just wanted that thing(s) out of me. go in with good attitude and it is proven to get you through surgery easier with quicker recovery. When you wake up at least you know the surgery will be over and you can deal with whatever you face. Fight like a girl!!
