It could mean several things, but the best way to follow it up and find out whether there is a problem of some kind is to see your doctor.

Please do follow it up as it is above the "normal" range. If there is a problem, the sooner you're on to it the better.

May I ask which country you are in?

What prompted you to have the test? Have you seen a doctor? Do you have other symptoms?

Until you find out what is going on, it is difficult to know what the treatment should be, if any.

Your wedding is important, but your health is too.

Hi Wareesha. It doesn’t mean you can’t get married. A high reading can indicate other things like endometriosis or an ovarian cyst....but you need to consult a doctor & probably have a scan. Best wishes & prayers x

Try not to stress yourself too much, you have a lot going on and the wedding preparations itself is more than enough on your plate.

I’d suggest you contact a doctor and get a scan done too.

Hi, I don't know how we can help as Mac said you need to see a doctor this is the only way you will know, I don't know the health system in Pakistan but you do need to know.

125 can go up for other reasons not always ovarian cancer I hope you can manage to see someone and get a answer. best wishes for your wedding.take care Lorraine xx

The ca125 test is only a possible indicator. See your oncologist. Hopefully you are fine. It can mean lots of things.

A lot of time with cancer ca125 test is really high along with white blood cells. In the high hundreds and cells in thousands. I've been doing this a long time and it never helps to worry. I get tested every 3 months for 4 yrs now. To catch it early if it returns, I'd be nuts. So I give everything to God. I don't worry anymore. I get catscans and MRI"s. You'll be fine either way, it's amazing how strong we are. ❤❤❤Liz
