Hi everyone. I have been doing a bit of research on cannabis oil and frankincense Oil. The cannabis oil bit is complicated, as it needs to contain the the bth as well as the cbd apparently, so obtaining it is a bit difficult. It is also very expensive. Regarding the frankincense, does anyone take it orally? There are lots of suppliers of oil that can be used in massage or diffusers, but it would be tragic if I died of frankincense poisoning while treating my cancer. I know it can be ingested, but need the name of a recommended brand. Many thanks ladies, I know someone on this amazing site will be able to help me.

I know a lot of aromatherapists would advise against taking oils such as frankincense orally. I do know some people use veggie caps as a way around this, but you’d have to be sure of the source (and I’m not endorsing it!).
You can buy the extract of frankincense in capsules from health food shops - have you looked at those instead? I know boswellia serrata is one of the compounds, but there are a couple of others too - forgive my memory, but I can’t remember what they are called. If you are interested, do some research to find out what you think you need. It’s something I was looking into, but I’m having a rest from too many supplements at the moment, so can’t offer anything more helpful!
My best friend and her daughter in law Sara, are distributors of Young living essential oils. I’m sending u the link to Sara but I’m not sure if u can buy just frankincense oil. It’s worth to try. I bought the kit at first through them at their cost. Then I bought through amazon just the following bottle of frankincense. The main thing is it has to be organic and pure.
We are in the US but I’m sure Young Living Essential Oils are worldwide. U can probably just google it and find it in the UK too
I used frankensence essential oil to do reflexology massage on my mom, among other oils I had on hand. I don't know how or if it works but I massaged it into her feet throughout the weeks in her treatment, because she likes reflexology and I had read online that it was good for cancer. I don't know if that info is valid but I bought it since I was doing massage anyway.
I would think it's wise to speak to a licensed aromatherapist about taking it orally. If you find any details about this please share.
