I've been taking both these supplements for a coupe of months now. I heard both are good for you. Just read that flaxseed oil is good for preventing ovarian cancer. Bit late for that.
Does anyone else take them/ have any ideas on them. I'm wondering if I should be taking both or just stick to one. Xx

I have flaxseeds most days. I grind them in a small coffee grinder to get max benefit from them. I then put them in my cooked porridge or weetabix. I get them from Holland and Barratt. You might be able to get Hemp Oil from same source also. Flax seeds are anti oestrogenic.
I do the same as Gwen - grind golden (or brown - just whatever I can get) in a small coffee/spice grinder and have a couple of heaped teaspoons in my yoghurt or porridge along with about a tablespoon of nuts & fruits I mix myself to include those I love and not the others!
Linseeds support my bowel movements (along with half sachet Movicol every other day) and a dietician I consulted during second chemo (I lost too much weight) advised me to do my own mix of nuts, dried fruit & seeds - pumpkin & sunflower don't need grinding for me.
Now three years since last chemo finished and been doing this daily since them; don't know how much they deter the cancer but am sure they help my immune system & my body generally to feel as healthy as I can.
