Hi. I have heard that frankincense Oil is often used for OC, and wonder if anyone has any experience of this. I have looked on line, but am concerned about how to check that what I buy can be taken orally. Some of the oils are really cheap and only mention being used topically.
I welcome any advice and recommendations. Many thanks

My special person buys frankincense oil from Holland and Barrett she rubs it directly onto her stomach she said even if it does nothing for her cancer makes her skin feel good xxx
DoTerra oils are fabulous!! I take the Frankincense orally and rub it on my abdomen. there are other oils too which are great for healing/pain relief & relaxation. Have a look at doterra.com you can order it online and have it delivered to your door
I was going to say it was the foulest thing I have every taken in my life and I could taste it for two days after it. I guess if you take it carefully under doctor’s advice then go for it. So there were two days I won’t get back again but you might have better luck. 😀Sharon
In the UK, finding a Frankincense 100% pure essential oil that you can consume seems to be next to impossible, I've been looking too. There are times when I wish I lived elsewhere, because other countries seem to be somewhat more enlightened in the alternative field. If you find some, I'd be glad if you let me know!
Otherwise, one half to a teaspoon of ground, dried ginger daily is said to have an effect on OC, along with turmeric - but be aware that all of these will thin your blood, so if you're on blood thinners, that needs watching.
