Hi. I’ve only been taking tamoxifen for a couple of weeks and haven’t had any side effects so far. It’s 14 months since I finished chemo for first recurrence and the Onc hopes tamoxifen will slow the growth of remaining tumours. Hope you get on ok with it too. Jo 🌼🌹🌺🌻🌸

Hi there. I had very few side effects with Tamoxifen, when I took it for about 5 months last year: Slight nausea and more frequent muscle cramps was about all. Noticeable but not keeping me from living my life as I wanted.

Unfortunately, Tamoxifen left me irritable, depressed and lethargic. According to one nurse I spoke to, it gets some people that way. I had to give up on it. Hopefully you'll be fine-good luck!
