Aged 65 . Stage three c . Had the full works eighteen months ago including a stoma. I'm still on three monthly checks but so far so good. Live each day as it comes

Thankyou. I try very hard to eat well and lightish excercises. But I think my best thing is two young rescue dogs. I have to get up and walk whether I feel like it or not.

Still here. Still dog walking. Good days and not so good days. On the whole though its going OK
