Had the results of my gene testing. I do not have the faulty genes. I didn't realise how much it would mean to me until I had the phone call yesterday.
Finally a definite answer to something.
I'm elated, (once I stopped crying!!)
Now, let's get through this chemo malarkey!!

Really pleased for you. I had my results, also negative, thank goodness, last week. With a daughter and granddaughter to worry about, it was a huge relief to be able to tick something off the list. I had my test in March, then counselling in June. I was told it would take about three months for the results to come through. Best wishes for your chemo. Good luck. Jo ๐ป๐บ๐ธ๐ผ๐๐น
I'm really pleased for you too. It's incredible how it had gotten under my skin so much. I've git one more chemo to get through. Boy o boy is it getting harder.
