Hi I'm going to start letrozole.

Just wondering if anyone has found an optimal time of time to take it. And whether with or without food helps.

Thanks

You must take it on an empty stomach to increase its absorption and efficacy. So try to have supper as early as possible and don't eat anything till bedtime.

I used to take Letrozole on waking with water on an empty stomach. Had breakfast abt. half an hour after taking it. This worked for me!

Yes I'm now seeing the important thing is to find a time when my stomach is emptiest, which isn't always at night. Thank you
