So took a few days off work to refocus had a few days on the Wild Atlantic Way and my perspective has almost completely returned! I forgot to mention previously that I have decided to go back to college to study Nutrition and Health and I got my place.....its an online course so hoping to get a 4 day week from work so I can spend a full day a week studying! I am still going to GP next week but am now in a more rational state of mind largely down to you ladies! Love you all!!!! ππ

Sometimes you just need to take time out to think things through, and you picked a beautiful place to do it! Great that you have registered on a course - the focus on non-cancer topics really helps. Good luck. Christine x
Stunning photos. I'm not surprised you feel more like your normal self after such a beautiful experience. Congrats on the nutrition course as well - I expect you will learn so much from that.
Hi D, What stunning photographs, a break from everyday things is so important sometimes and nature usually provides.
The course sounds really interesting, it's something I'd really like to do too as I have a passion for food and nutrition, I will look into it for myself in the near future.
Good luck with the GP appointment hope it goes well. We all love you too lovely β€οΈXx Jane
So glad you're feeling better. Have just read your last Post and felt sad for you. It's awful when we have the sort of phase you were in. I have them now and then. I actually found myself saying to my husband the other day, " I'm so fed up with this Cancer hanging over our lives for ten years, making so many decisions hard to make. I don't even know whether it's worth getting a new coat this Autumn" !! Thankfully, it shocked me so much to be saying it out loud, I gave myself a mental shake and came back to my usual positive state of positiveness. ππI AM so, so lucky to have all these years.
I'm so chuffed for you that you're going to be doing a Course and work one day less. A new venture is very uplifting. Hopefully you'll make more friends through doing it, even if it's on line - unless you go into College, as well. Good Luck.
I'm glad you wrote a follow up to your last post. I wrote a long reply to your original one which disappeared in a puff of cybersmoke just as I pressed the reply button ! I intended to rewrite it but I put things off as usual.
Nothing like a trip on the Wild Atlantic Way to lift the spirits. Everyone could empathise with how you felt when you wrote that post. It can only be understood by people who have experienced cancer . You are a very positive and proactive person D and I really admire that in you. Well done too for applying for what sounds like a really interesting course. No better woman as they say in here in Ireland. Good luck with the GP visit. Take care
Congratulations Dee and well done on taking on a new challenge. Hope everything goes well with GP next week . Stunning photos, Ireland is really a beautiful country I think because we live here we don't appreciate it .Phil
So glad you had a lovely trip away and what beautiful photos Dee, reminding you of the stunning scenery you saw. Congratulations on getting your place on the college course and hope work will be cooperative in reducing to 4 days a week. That will make a big difference to your work life balance and stress levels!
Hope the GP appointment will be helpful next Tuesday and that you have a useful chat with him.
