Hi

I regularly have scans with no contrast/dye as I am allergic to it and it's not been an issue. If you are concerned perhaps you could call the scanning department to query it? Wishing you well. Kathy xx

Hi, I am the same as Kathy,no dye etc. as I am allergic to it. It is surprising how much they can see without using the dye. I hope all goes well for you.xx

I asked this question at my last CT scan on 4th may'17. Was told they have discovered scans are equally as clear with and without dye so have stopped using & you just have to drink normal water. It must be advancement in CT machines xxx

I still have the injected dye xx
