Foul tasting and smelling burps

I have OC stage 3 and am on weekly chemo. I have been very constipated despite laxido and sodium docusate. Things are slowly starting to move but i now have burps which smell and taste like poo which is disgusting. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Once you start to move properly all this should go away, I was the same when first post-op, once I became 'regular' again it all went away. Peppermint tea helped settle my tum down a bit as well as helping with the odd taste too. Hope it improves soon ❤️

I am afraid that can happen with chemo, I agree peppermint tea is good and also have some strong mints to hand

No, but my chemo was 3 weekly. I was given omeprazole, & constipation cleared 3-4 days after chemo with help of juicer! Fresh everything
