Last chemo
Looking good girl! And so glad you have reached the end.
I was always sick down to acid which was always worse at night, so I got prescribed Omaprezole and am still on it and it seems to have done the trick for me.
I have heard that sleeping or putting your bed at an angle where you are sitting up can help.
I would take advice on this if I were you from your team.
Well done for getting through this gruelling treatment and now you need to get the scan over with and arrange some get away and treats for you,
Lots of love

Thank you so much for your advice.. It did taste acidic so it seems that it could be down to reflux will get it checked out as it was horrible ππ
Yay! Well done, Shelly!
Chemo 6 also knocked me for six and it's the only time I've thrown up after chemo, also unexpectedly in the middle of the night! Felt much better afterwards, so go figure.

Can't wait to feel normal again... Thank you for your reply xx
Hi there, you will I'm sure x I still have days where I'm a bit low for no apparent reason but also days when my energy flies high xx just keep laughing it makes everything OK xx
Hey Shellygirl I like your dress/top. Lovely picture. I'm waiting for my chemo number 6 - and then ct to see if they can operate this time (they wouldn't after chemo 3). So I'm pleased for you that you've got through. I have found each chemo worse than the one before so it's a good job when you get to the big one that it's the last. I suspect we are all much tougher than we would ever have believed - if we knew all that we had to go through at the start it would probably have seemed impossible, but piece by piece we wade through. People "out there" don't know what we live day to day. I'm so proud of us all.
Enjoy your Sunday everyone as best you can.

Looking fab hunny! Congrats on your last chemo although really sorry to hear it's knocked you for six I can't offer much advice other than to rest, rest, rest and listen, nourish and hydrate your body and if you get worried, contact your medical team.
A massive well done for getting through your treatment. I am sending lots of positive ((healing)) vibes your way and hope you start feeling better real soon xx
Your looking great Shelley girl especially after all that you have been through, after my last chemo I had severe acid reflux I am now four weeks post treatment and it has disappeared.
Ellsey xx
Was sick ALL the time on Chemo & lost over a stone & a half from Op through 6 months of Chemo. Lost hair 12days after first infusion!
I figured it must be working!!!!
Wishing you all the best, and congratulations on the last chemo. It must feel good.
Take care of yourself

Well done Shellygirl, you are done and dusted. It is probably the cumulative effect of treatment which has knocked you for six and in addition your body is coming to terms with the fact you will not be tied to chemo wards for the foreseeable future. Just be kind to yourself, eat small amounts more often rather than full meals. You will settle and well done on reaching the finishing line.
Thanks Suzuki I am finding that I cannot each much but I've just being very naughty and had some dark mint chocolate it has worked some magic as I feel a little better.. I don't even like dark chocolate ππ
Its amazing how our taste buds change but whatever you fancy at the moment is fine.
Well done girl. All crossed for a fast recovery. Get plenty of rest...
