Feeling nervous

I am going for my fourth treatment of taxol tomorrow then see my oncologist on Friday. He will tell me if my c125 has gone down. I am praying this is working for me. I just don't seem to be having a lot of luck with the different treatment's. So I am dreading seeing him just hoping it will be good news, fingers crossed it will be. Xx

Hi Juliette

I just want you to know that I will be thinking of you on Fri and praying you will get the news you hope for. Tomorrow morning I go to church so I will light a candle for you. I hope you don't mind me doing that. In they meantime try and do some Mindfulness . I find it helpful as it makes you put your mind in the present and it was invaluable for me when I started getting really anxious about results . If you haven't done it before you can read about it on the Internet. I'm telling you this because I came to realise that worrying about what may happen wastes your precious present moments . I just want to wish you all the best. Let us know how you get on. I will be at a wedding on Fri but will check for posts at some stage. Take care.

Thankyou so much molly, I do read my Bible and I have a book by Joseph Prince called daily devotional which I read every day as well as my Bible. Yes please light a candle for me and I will look on the Internet for mindfulness. I will let you know how I get on. Love Julie xxx

Thank-you molly, it's so good of you and I will have a look in the library for the books. Just got back from hospital, didn't get the chemo due to rash on legs and arms, but got medication for it. Chemo day now Fri after I see my oncologist. 😏xxx

Hi juliette, have just got back from hospital, chemo was cancelled due to rash on arms and legs. Chemo changed to Friday now.😏 xxx

Hi Juliette - I'm praying with you. I have my appointment today with my oncologist - although I've actually stopped being interested in the CA125 readings. That says it all. I'm running scared, but I'm hoping that we can join hands and run together! Let's hope your treatment is on course now. All the best for Friday, and let us know

Hang in there Juliette- Try to keep your self busy. Bake something for someone that having a tough time or surprise someone with a visit.. it will make you feel better and pass the time. You are in my prayers and thoughts. this too shall pass.

We had ourgranddaughter yesterday and took her to her ballet lesson, she lights up my life. Also I believe in the power of prayer, which helps too. Xx
