Hello there, I was just wondering, at what point do they check your ca125? Is it a special test or do they test this before every chemo?

Thanks ladies, I hope you are all well and have a good weekend.

Oh thanks very much ladies, I must find out what my tumour marker is next time

They test it automatically while on treatment here but they dont tell you the result unless you ask, I am drug free at the moment but had the test in May as I had pain which seems to be tendonitis, I am now getting physio as nothing else showed up,

Mine was tested twice a month during treatment. Once a few days before chemo and again at nadir along with WBC and CBC. After treatment ended I am now tested every three months til my oncologist wants to spread that out more. Good Luck!
