My cb 125 blood test is 130 and my scan shows no cysts on ovaries but loads of fibroids and a very enlarged uterus , got to have a ct scan next .. What does this mean.

My Ca125 was 130 when I had a v large Borderline tumour and I was told it was just because it was rubbing against other organs.

It's used as an indicator of ovarian problems, but it's not specifically linked to ov-ca and, anyway, your ovaries are fine so no need to worry on that score.

I know endometriosis leads to a higher score, so I'd guess that your enlarged uterus is the cause of it. Sorry - I don't know anything about fibroids etc. Hope it will all get sorted soon.

Ca125 alone is not an indicator of cancer. It is one of the many tools they use to figure out what is going on. Try to stay calm. Easier said than done. Be grateful for such positive news!!!
