Could be a symptom of endometriosis where bits of the womb lining escape and attach to other parts such as ovaries and the pelvic area. I had this prior to my hysterectomy and you get period type pain at anytime of the month as they bleed. It could also be scar tissue from previous surgeries. Just a couple of ideas but you really need to see your GP and get a proper diagnosis.
