Was reading some of una's posts and there is an excellent established charity in Belfast called ANGELS OF HOPE for Ovarian Cancer (maybe Una hasn't heard of it) It is the only drop in centre in the UK and provides therapies at home for people that need them. Maureen received an MBE earlier this year for all her great work she has done over the years she has keyrings, badges, pens and xmas cards for sale and information leaflets she makes you feel v welcome I'm glad I contacted her when I was diagonised 5 years ago I have met some great friends and everybody is made very welcome just thought I would let you all know buddy x

It would be good if Una could join up with others to give her some support in Northern Ireland to fight for better treatment for ovarian cancer. I recall she had to wait weeks for a scan recently. I think there's a sense of isolation in all regions of the UK. xx
