Hi Ruth!

It's interesting to read this. I've often wondered whether there was a link between being unable to conceive and OC, there are a few of us on here in that position. I've been a part of a study that analysed genes in blood sample, but I guess that was BRACA gene. It would be interesting to find out what the CRUK research is doing. I'm a contributor, so I'll get in touch!

Thanks for this, any new research on OC is most welcome, especially if it can pinpoint a predisposition.

Interesting article but I have to say I had 4 children very very easily! I don't carry the braca gene although my sister and i have ovarian cancer and my brother has prostate cancer. No wonder it is such a difficult disease to diagnose and treat,
