Thanks so much Linda and Sue for sharing what sounds like an interesting morning via Twitter. I hope the rest of the day goes well, best wishes, Sx
Have been in bed for most of the day ... but was able to follow the Conference on Twitter thanks to you both! x
Could not follow on twitere good job I went along x x
Well between Linda and I we have sucked a few more into Twitter's web.... Impromptu Twitter lessons took place in the lobby!
I'm sorry I didn't come into the lobby, I set up a Twitter acc but haven't a clue how to use it.
love Chris xx
Thank you so much Linda and Sue for my lesson in Twitter and Hootsuite.
A session as part of Members' Day on using Twitter and the Health Unlocked site next year would be be REALLY useful. We even have two members who would be ideal facilitators. I met quite a few women at Members' Day who didn't feel confident to use this site because they weren't confident with IT. I just wanted to get out my laptop and show them how fantastic this forum is.
Your informal Twitter session was the best bit of the day - along with Professor Iain McNeish's brilliant presentation. I'd have come away happy and feeling the day had been really useful if those had been the only two sessions.
And, can Members' Day be shorter? A 9:30 start and 5 o'clock finish was well-intentions but with travel time on top it was exhausting.
Hey, wouldn't it be a brilliant idea if Ovacome set up a blog on their bit of the website to get some ideas and suggestions for Members' Day next year. A conference evaluation form only measures what has been done in retrospect. A discussion blog would be excellent for event planning.
