Thanks for posting this. I like the general gist of what he did but, bless him, he was a bit negative.
The text is a call for action to to make the most of every day, to fill our lives with love and kindness, and be true to ourselves. In striving for this our loved ones will remember the good in us and will not be left with grief alone. Time is a great healer if we leave them with lovely memories.
