I think we can all relate to it. Having spent the day with a dear friend in the hospice it makes it easier than ever. Hoe do we cope with all the thoughts involved? Xxx

It's very moving! Wanted to read the one toa young smoker which has a link half way down but couldn't open it. Any ideas?.

Thanks for posting this. I like the general gist of what he did but, bless him, he was a bit negative.

The text is a call for action to to make the most of every day, to fill our lives with love and kindness, and be true to ourselves. In striving for this our loved ones will remember the good in us and will not be left with grief alone. Time is a great healer if we leave them with lovely memories.

today. I don't know if I'm glad or not. I am glad that I have some definite date to work towards, as
